From July 15 to 17, 2020, two experts from the audit team of TUV SüD Beijing Branch visited Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. to conduct the second phase of on-site audit of the company's ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system. Chairman Xie Zhengze and relevant company leaders, quality department, technology department, production department, supply department, sales department, finance department and other relevant department personnel participated in the review of this certification.
After the audit team experts arrived, they made specific arrangements for the three-system certification review and all departments of the company actively cooperated with the audit work. After three days of busy work, the two experts fully affirmed the company's progress in the management of the three systems, put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions on the existing problems and deficiencies and placed high expectations on the company's development. The audit team finally announced that the quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system established by Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. meet the ISO three-system standards and have successfully passed the audit. So far, Afa has successfully passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system re-certification audit, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system early re-certification audit and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification audit.
At the final meeting of the management system audit, the audit team experts provided guidance and suggestions for improvement in terms of environmental awareness, occupational health and safety, design management, market management, procurement contract management, compliance evaluation, hazards/environmental factors, project quality control and operational risks.
Chairman Xie Zhengze requires: First, all employees should further improve their quality awareness, build a harmonious environment together, strictly implement safety education and training, conscientiously implement the "three systems" management spirit and deeply integrate the system thinking into the daily management of the enterprise. Second, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination between management departments, optimize management processes, refine work responsibilities and further improve the construction of relevant rules and regulations. Third, all departments should study the system documents in depth, strictly implement the system requirements, strengthen the operation of the system and bring the company's management and technical level to a new level.
