From July 12 to 14, 2021, two experts from the audit team of TUV SüD Beijing Branch visited Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. to conduct the 2021 annual supervisory audit of Afa's ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system.
During the three-day audit, the audit team experts conducted a strict, detailed and comprehensive audit of the workshops and departments of Afa in accordance with ISO9001:2015 "Quality Management System-Requirements", ISO14001:2015 "Environmental Management System Requirements and Usage Guide" and ISO45001:2018 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements and Usage Guide" and other relevant contents through meetings, discussions, references to materials, on-site inspections, etc. The experts also had detailed exchanges and guidance with the Afa's leaders and the workshop and department personnel under audit and highly praised the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Afa's "three systems", and also put forward pertinent suggestions.
At the final meeting, the experts of the audit team fully affirmed that Afa attaches great importance to the construction of management system. All employees have a deep understanding of the standards and conscientiously implement them and have well integrated the management system with production, operation and other work, especially in leadership, lean management and other aspects with remarkable results. At the same time, in response to some shortcomings in the system management process, the expert group gave clear and specific suggestions for improvement. Finally, the audit team reported the results of this supervisory audit of Afa: the audit team determined that the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems were operating effectively in the past year and met the certification requirements and will continue to maintain certification registration qualifications.
This supervision and audit is another comprehensive test of the operation status of Afa since it passed the "three systems" certification. This is of great significance to improving the company's management level and promoting the company's sustainable development.
