From December 7 to 9, two experts from the audit team of TUV SüD Beijing Branch came to Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site audit of the EU PED certification H-mode certificate renewal for the quality management system and product safety performance of pressure equipment manufacturers. Afa's chairman, managers and relevant personnel from the quality department, technical department, production department, procurement department and other departments participated in the reception and accepted the audit.

During the on-site audit, the two experts carefully reviewed the implementation of the clauses related to the Afa’s quality management system and product performance, consulted a large number of documents and records, inspected the production site, spot-checked some process flow cards and inspection cards and asked questions and assessed the relevant responsible persons. After a three-day review, the audit experts believed that Afa's valve production and manufacturing quality assurance system was continuously effective, the management level was continuously improved. It successfully passed the audit.

At the final meeting, the two audit experts fully affirmed the progress Afa has made in system management, put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions on existing problems and deficiencies and placed high expectations on the Afa's development.

This is the second time that Afa has been highly recognized by the EU audit agency after three years of standardized operation and continuous improvement since it first obtained the EU PED certification H-mode certificate. PED certification is a mandatory regulation issued by the EU and its member states to reach a consensus on the safety of pressure equipment. It is a necessary certification for valve manufacturers to enter the European market. The successful renewal of the PED certification H-mode certificate has laid the foundation for the Afa's products to enter the EU market in the future.
