In order to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, avoid cross infection, and protect the health of all employees, our company will, in accordance with the relevant pandemic prevention and control requirements of the government and the park, regularly disinfect the production, living and management areas every day, adjust the production process in the workshop, and strictly disinfect and sterilize the finished products to be shipped to ensure that both production and operation and pandemic prevention and control are not affected and strive to provide customers with high-quality products with the shortest construction period and the best quality.

1. Strictly comply with government control requirements, strengthen prevention and actively cooperate with the requirements of pandemic prevention personnel. All the staff strictly implement non-essential non-travel, non-exit and non-travel to medium- and high-risk areas.

2. For leaders and customer representatives who come to the company to inspect, guide work and contact business, if they have a history of travel or contact with medium- or high-risk areas, please proactively report to the relevant departments when coming to or returning to Qingdao and actively cooperate with the "epidemic investigation" and with nucleic acid testing.

3. If it is necessary for business trips,for example, when taking public transportation such as airplanes and trains, personal protection should be taken during the trip. In accordance with the management requirements of crew members, please maintain a safe interpersonal distance, wear masks throughout the journey, take good hygiene protection, minimize the number of meals on the means of transportation and properly keep the tickets for reference.

4. Strengthen employee health monitoring, environmental hygiene and dining management, adhere to hygiene habits such as less gathering, frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation and wearing masks. Strengthen health management, strictly report health abnormalities, seek medical treatment and test and actively cooperate in implementing various requirements for pandemic prevention and control.

5. Strictly implement post pandemic prevention measures and personal protection measures. Wear masks throughout the work, wash hands frequently, do not spit, do not litter and discarded masks and other pandemic prevention items are uniformly recycled and centrally processed.

6. Strengthen logistics vehicle management. The freight vehicles must be registered and disinfected before entering the company. Drivers and passengers must wear masks and take temperature, while minimizing direct contact with company staff. After the goods are delivered, the freight vehicles should leave the company as soon as possible and the transported materials would be disinfected as appropriate.
