On February 10, Mr. Bi, General Manager of the Localization Department of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company (hereinafter referred to as Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company), and his team of 5 people visited AFA Flow Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AFA ) for inspection, research and technical exchanges. The focus of the inspection and exchange was on the cooperative research and development of the localization project of C-type wear-resistant ball valves for special working conditions of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company.
AFA's Deputy General Manager Li Changsheng and Deputy Chief Engineer Wu Ping received the guests from the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Inspection Group. The main persons in charge and key personnel from the company's technical department, R&D department, and sales department participated in the technical exchange.
Deputy Chief Engineer Wu Ping introduced the development history and management overview of AFA and R&D process, technical innovations, patent protection and on-site application of the C-type wear-resistant ball valve to the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Inspection Team. Everyone watched the C-type wear-resistant ball valve model demonstration, video demonstration, and presentation of core technology.
The inspection team conducted detailed inspections of the company's production workshops, including machining, ball processing, spraying, grinding, assembly, pressure testing, final inspection, painting and delivery, as well as warehouses, inspection rooms and other places. They also reviewed witness materials such as material procurement, arrival inspection, warehouse management, process flow, process inspection, and pressure testing.
The Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Inspection Team spoke highly of and fully affirmed AFA's personnel quality, equipment configuration, on-site management, system operation, process control and other aspects. Everyone firmly believes that the cooperative development of the localization of C-type wear-resistant ball valves for special working conditions will be a complete success.
