From July 17 to 19, 2023, the audit team of TUV SüD Beijing Branch conducted an annual supervisory audit of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification of AFA Flow Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AFA). The purpose is to confirm the continued compliance and effectiveness of the company's management system as a whole in the past year, as well as its continued relevance and suitability to the scope of certification.

The audit team held its first meeting on the morning of July 17. Relevant company leaders and representatives from relevant departments such as the production department, technology department, quality department, sales department, administration department, and procurement department attended the meeting. The audit team informed the purpose, scope, criteria, plan, schedule, and the division of labor among the audit team members. Subsequently, the experts of the audit team conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the company's daily operations, management system, and implementation in accordance with the three-system certification standards and relevant laws and regulations, combined with the AFA company management manual and procedure documents. The audit team affirmed AFA's efforts and achievements in quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system.

On the afternoon of July 19, the audit team held its last meeting, and the audit experts reported on the audit work. The expert group unanimously agreed that the management system established by AFA can continuously meet the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system standards and relevant laws and regulations. The system is sound and effective, and can meet the needs of the company's production operations and development. It is agreed that the audit has been successfully passed.

The successful passing of this supervisory audit once again verified the correctness of the company's management philosophy of high standards, strict requirements, strong quality and emphasis on service, and further clarified the goals and directions of the company's three-system management, which will have a positive driving effect on the company's sustainable development and enhancing the domestic and international competitiveness of its products.
